A fatal waltz

Playfully indulging in this dazzling waltz,

Delightful synchronicity of eyes and hearts.

Your fingertips, so timid yet alluring,

Your touch, so soft, so blissful, reassuring.

Trust born in words whispered from heaven,

Our testament, held tightly by a raven.

Wrapping my hands in yours, you swore protection,

Divine melodic sounds that promised action.

One thing, and One thing only, how did I not see!?

True nature's revelation was glowing sinfully.

One thing you said, One only, it's not much to ask!

A Trojan horse envisioned - One wish, my Only task.

One moment took, One only, entrusted was I then,

Blurred happiness projected more fear of you, again.

Then: Fire! Fire from your tainted love had melted,

Two sinful bodies devouring each other, blended.

We danced, we danced, coerced by a soft killing wind,

Swept in this wind, agonizing wind, old memories filled.

Determined wind, enticing us slowly, impelling us surely,

Blowing those stale pages, whispering our story.

We lived, we lived so vividly, engaged once again,

A mesmerizing dream, carried by our lost train.

We lived the enchanting vision: Yes, it could have been...!

Soulful blossomed promise, deep-rooted in a sin.

Playfully indulging in this fatal waltz,

Two fool souls are devoured by Ego's starving worms.

Your fingertips are reaching my throat slowly,

Destruction! - screams the touch that feeds your glory.
